Collaboration Brew with Weyermann® Malts

Jean François Gravel, co-founder and master brewer of Microbrasserie Dieu du Ciel!, and Deborah Wood,  BSG’s Brewing Ingredient Specialist, collaborated on a 20.2°P sour golden ale using Weyermann® Eraclea Pilsner malt. Deborah documented the brew session in photos:
